Pranix is a breathwork builder and session player for people who take their breathing practice seriously.

BUILD YOUR OWN ROUTINES
Design routines from scratch using timed breaths, inhale/exhale holds, rest phases, and repeating loops. Every parameter is yours to control — duration, repetitions, structure. The builder autosaves as you work, so nothing is ever lost mid-edit.

START WITH EXPERT TEMPLATES
Five scientifically-grounded starting points are included:

• Box Breathing — 4-4-4-4 pattern for focus and calm
• 4-7-8 Breathing — extended exhale hold to promote sleep and relaxation
• Tummo Breathing — rapid breathing rounds followed by breath retention
• Coherent Breathing — slow 5-second cycles to synchronise heart rate variability
• Physiological Sigh — double inhale and extended exhale to rapidly downregulate stress

GUIDED SESSIONS
The session player features an animated breathing circle that expands and contracts with each phase, clear on-screen phase labels, a progress bar, and haptic pulses on transitions. A 10-second countdown gets you settled before breathing begins. Free holds let you advance at your own pace with a tap.

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
Every completed session is saved locally. Your history screen shows total sessions, total minutes breathed, and your longest breath hold — plus a full chronological session log.

All data lives on your device. No account required. No internet connection needed. No subscriptions.
